Ending hunger in our community one bowl at a time.

Core to the mission of the Community Sharing Outreach Center is providing resources, food and services to help the economically disadvantaged children and families in our community.

The Empty Bowl Project Main Event is our largest fund raiser each year; bringing families, friends and local businesses together to help feed the hungry within our community. Entirely run by volunteers with 100% of the proceeds from the event go back to Community Sharing.

30.9% Oakland County children are eligible for free/or reduced price school lunch.
