Many people receive comfort from the companionship of a family pet. Imagine having to lose that pet because of a job loss, reduced income or other unfortunate circumstance. This is the reason the Pet Pantry was created... we want families to keep their pets as we know it increase mental and physical health.

The Pet Pantry is housed within the building of Community Sharing Outreach Center. However, it is independently run as it has its own volunteers and donations. Often stores in the area donate cat and dog food (see Walmart story here) or offer to sell the food to the Pet Pantry at a reduced rate. There are times that local veterinarian clinics offer specials or free services and these are extended to families in need. Watch here for such specials.
